Please could you help what happens if the doctor gave me sick note from 27/03 not from 14/03 
my last sick note finished on 14/03 
I’m trying to call the doctor to talk about it

    It should be dated from when the last one ended. If you're found to have LCWRA then any gaps in fit notes could affect when the extra money is paid from.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    @poppy123456 Thank you  i was calling the surgery and the lady who answered the call said to write an email with the date 14/03 
    i was worried about it when can happens if there is a gap 
    im worried that coach work will not agree that I can submit fit note in person instead of doing it online I have written the request about it today

    I would appreciate it if you could please stop tagging me because i have all notifications turned off. If i see a question that i can answer and i'm on the forum i will answer but i don't want members thinking i'm ignoring them. I've not been on the forum this afternoon because i had other things planned for the past few hours.
    The time i spend advising here is done in my own free time, when i have the chance.
