My daughter who lives with me, is working and gets PIP . She said about claiming UC for herself. Will that effect me as I'm still on IR Esa, also get Pip. Will it effect my housing benefit at the moment
As you get PIP (assuming Daily Living) no non dependant deductions will be made to your Housing Benefit.
So there should be no impact to your benefits if she claims UC.
