    Hi I am new and would like to speak to anyone who has an ADHD autistic 14year who cannot sleep. It is affecting school. Thank you

    Sorry to hear this, it's always so challenging not being able to sleep.

    Has your child always found it very difficult to sleep or do you think something has triggered them not being able to sleep recently?

    Mostly started when he started high school he is in year 9 now and with him falling asleep in lessons at school he is missing vital information going forward for potential GSCEs in 2 years, but all I want him to be is a happy healthy boy

    Hi @debzz70, have you spoken to the Dr and the school about his sleeping issue? Does he have an EHCP to ensure his needs are met?
