Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024


Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

had my f2f assesment at home on the 21st may got a letter dated 7 june saying they had everything they needed but i still havent heard anything is this normal the hcp said i shouldnt worry and she was going to advise not to have any more f2f visits as its obvious nothing will change just get worse

    There's no timescales to decisions. If you haven't got a copy of the assessment report, ring DWP and ask them to send it to you. This will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be as they mostly go with the report.


    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    Good and great advice poppy123456, always get your acessment report to give you an idea of what your award will, may be. It will give you peace of mind while waiting for the award notification letter.
