My name is Sylviana. I'm 53 years old, and for the last 5 years, I try to cope with chronic pain, lymphedema, damaged spine nerves, and other few problems. The last one was Bell`s palsy. Now I recovered but was a very scary time. What I find very difficult is to use compression stockings even using 2-3 different types of aids. I manage to pay someone to come 2-3 times in the week but can't afford more.
Probably, like most of us here (and not only) the biggest challenge is to cope with isolation as I live on my own. I hope to learn from others how to cope with flare-up pain and isolation or low mood.
