I was raised by my dad and despite only seeing my mum once a month as a child and much less once I hit my teens, I still ended up quite like her. I'm more similar to my dad but much of the things I like or don't like are the same as my mum, even without her influence! What about you?

I don’t think that I’m anything like my parents, but they grew up in a another generation with different life experiences. My dad lost both his parents as a teenager so always found it difficult to show his feelings, which I fully understand, mum grew up with seven brothers and has always found it difficult to speak up for herself. I find it very easy to speak about my feelings and have learnt over the years to stick up for myself and others.
