Hi Just read this and for anyone else having these sort of problems: Keep a record of the date, time and conversation with any DWP staff and ask their name. They will give a first name but not surname. However that is enough information as you can then make a complaint with actual details. If it is a serious complaint you can apply for the recording of the actual phone call and any notes made at their end about your claim. If you want the whole lot of paperwork going back some years to do with your benefit claims you can make a Subject Access Request. They then have 40 days to get everything together and send it to you. Beware though you will get a huge pile of paperwork so make some storage space ready. Lol

thankyou wildlife yes these people on the phones are so unprofessional I'm glad this is all over with now it's justveaiting on my mandatory reconsideration from was as they put me in the work related group knowing I'm agrophobic and can't leave the house in waiting on the appeal as my mandatory was knocked back apparently I have to apply for another one before appeal thanks Elizabeth hin

sorry hun I've not realised you messaged yes the higher rate on both and it's been awarded for 18 month I recieved my backdated money yesterday

oh right it's taking its time you should probably get the desicion soon if you ring up they can tell you over the phone they have probably came to a session already hun

@ashleymurphy321 the person who did my f2f was being audited so the DWp only got it yesterday so probably won’t even look at it till next week

Hi @ashleymurphy321 I rang today and got told a letter was sent out Friday I have been awarded standard daily living and enhanced mobility and will have my back payment on Friday. Glad it’s all over now
