Hello can anyone help or explain plz
i sent uc50 an havent had assasemnet but had a letter saying following work capability assasement we decided you continue to have limited capability for work an work related also states we may ask you to attend another work capability assessment in future. so will this be on the uc50 i sent or will i need fill in new booklet.

It sounds as if they have made a paper based decision that you have LCWRA.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

@hello20, as @calcotti and @janer1967 mentioned, it sounds as though they've done a paper-based assessment using the information you sent. If you have a future assessment they'll send you a new UC50 to complete.Community Manager
