Hi everyone I’m a 37 year old male working as an Electrician had decompression surgery on my L5 S1 over ten years ago and then scar tissue removed 4 years ago I’ve Constant back pain and pain in my right leg rite down to my big toe. I’ve been going to physios for nearly 2 years now which only easy the pain for a few hours. Can’t sit Ly or stand for too long in the one spot. I struggle at work but being on the move all day does ease the pain. I’m waiting on another MIR. On my last visit with the Surgeon 2 years ago he told me to go down the physio root and that he wouldn’t want to operate on me which I don’t want either because since after the second op I’m back is a lot weaker. Has anyone got any advice out there to manage the pain.

@adara hi and welcome to scope, you could ask your GP to refer you to the pain clinic at your local hospital.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡
