hello good day for the last few days I've been trying to get through to the pip enquiry line to find out about my payment after a successful tribunal that was on the 05 of May I've not heard anything from them and can't get a answer on the phone even after a hour on the line been trying for the last week just can't get a answer?

The best time to ring them will be as soon as they open at 9 am. After a Tribunal win it often takes at least 8 weeks, sometimes longer to pay what they owe and put any award into payment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
hey poppy I finally got through to them, but have another question if you don't mind. I won my tribunal but I'm not getting my backdated payment until I complete a assessment just wondering if that's correct as I will need to wait longer now, my question is am i entitled to my backdated money before assessment as my claim hasn't technically stopped? thanks

Was the Tribunal because you failed to attend an assessment? If so when was that award due to end and when did your payments stop?
