Food and drink
I don’t mean the obvious like bread and water just to keep me alive - I mean good food and drink - I really appreciate eating nice food and derive a lot of pleasure for it and wouldn’t want to give it up -
My iPad, it keeps me occupied no end. I would have very little to do without that. Also my power tools, without them I’d be at the mercy of tradesmen!

Sandy is spot on. I think I’ve become dependent on my devices now, no need to deal with anyone

like most people I first thought my phone/internet etc but I think I’d gradually be ok without them. What I couldn’t live without is a washing machine. Couldn’t possibly manage any hand washing now

I couldn`t live without the means to tell the time.I have time OCD; I need to know the time all the time. If I`m in meetings at work, I get irritable if there is no clock on the wall. I wake up numerous times through the night and check the time (which is a self perpetuating action). That`s compounded by the fact I don`t like wearing watches.

it took me 6 months being housebound to work out exactly what I couldn't live without when an injury made me reliant on a wheelchair. Family aside, it was trees. Now I am lucky enough to have a beefy wheelchair which gets me back into the woods. So calming and energising at the same time. A lifeline.

I enjoy being around nature, too @TraceyFalcon I'm lucky to have a couple of green spaces not too far from me that I can visit when I feel I need to clear my head a bit.

I could not live without my optimism and my smile.

I have become rather addicted to my Kindle and my Fire Tablet. I read every day from a little to a whole lot. I use my Fire Tablet each night to watch YouTube videos and TV. I am also fond of our chair lift. I have severe peripheral neuropathy and have balance issues. I used to fall on the steps quite often, but that is no longer an issue since we put the chair lift in.
