Food and drink
I don’t mean the obvious like bread and water just to keep me alive - I mean good food and drink - I really appreciate eating nice food and derive a lot of pleasure for it and wouldn’t want to give it up2 -
My iPad, it keeps me occupied no end. I would have very little to do without that. Also my power tools, without them I’d be at the mercy of tradesmen!1

Internet, I do everything with it, banking, utube, here, Google especially, recently been googling about beethoven the composer, didn't realise he went deaf, keeping in tough with freinds family. I'd be lost with out it.1

My children and grandchildren.

Sandy is spot on. I think I’ve become dependent on my devices now, no need to deal with anyone2

like most people I first thought my phone/internet etc but I think I’d gradually be ok without them. What I couldn’t live without is a washing machine. Couldn’t possibly manage any hand washing now1

I couldn`t live without the means to tell the time.I have time OCD; I need to know the time all the time. If I`m in meetings at work, I get irritable if there is no clock on the wall. I wake up numerous times through the night and check the time (which is a self perpetuating action). That`s compounded by the fact I don`t like wearing watches.1

it took me 6 months being housebound to work out exactly what I couldn't live without when an injury made me reliant on a wheelchair. Family aside, it was trees. Now I am lucky enough to have a beefy wheelchair which gets me back into the woods. So calming and energising at the same time. A lifeline.0

I enjoy being around nature, too @TraceyFalcon I'm lucky to have a couple of green spaces not too far from me that I can visit when I feel I need to clear my head a bit.0

I could not live without my optimism and my smile.0

I have become rather addicted to my Kindle and my Fire Tablet. I read every day from a little to a whole lot. I use my Fire Tablet each night to watch YouTube videos and TV. I am also fond of our chair lift. I have severe peripheral neuropathy and have balance issues. I used to fall on the steps quite often, but that is no longer an issue since we put the chair lift in.2

2 major things that keep me going day to day, public transport as I can't drive and humour, if I can't laugh at anything or make somebody else at least smile if not laugh1

My animals and all the creatures I own!
Exotic and unusual creatures which take lots of research to keep them healthy and well. Setting up their enclosures keeps me busy too! It's hard work at times but when they are healthy, happy and making babies it gives me a sense of pride and pleasure!2
