I have an ESA health phone assessment on Wednesday I have dizziness and balance problems I do not no how to put this problem into words around not being able to move around outside without help any tips thank you

Exactly what you said. You get dizzy and this makes you lose your balance so you don't feel safe being outside without someone to help you.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
