Hi. I am a sole carer for my disabled son. I have a terminal illness which is reasonably short. There are no other family connections. Does anyone have similar experiences. I need to be able to leave my estate to best care for him when I am not here. Does anyone have any support and advice? Thank you.

It's very sad to hear that news, hopefully the doctors are wrong with their diagnosis, which has been known. Keep thinking positively. What you can consider doing is set up a Disabled Trust Fund - there is criteria which needs to be met.
