Hi please could you help me
i got a message in journal that they raised my Mandatory Reconsideration on Lcw , what does that mean?
And they asked me to let them to know if i have more evidence to send to them
please could you confirm is that true that some people got awarded Lcwra even if they didn’t prove much evidence
Thank you

i didn’t write in journal yet that the mandatory reconsideration letter did write to me the lady who helps me to do the income and expenses

It means the MR request has been sent to a different decision maker. They will take another look at all your evidence, including the form you returned, as well as the assessment report and make another decision.Yes, lots of people are found to have LCWRA without medical evidence. Not everyone is able to get such evidence to support their claim. If the decision doesn't change then you can proceed to Tribunal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi please could you confirm what happens if they call me from dwp regarding MR and i won’t be able to pick up their phone call because this medication does make me sleepy during the day
Will they sanction me then
Do they phone claimants during mr process
Thank you -
They don’t always ring when you request the MR so you shouldn’t expect them to do this. If they do happen ring and you don’t answer the phone then that’s fine, you won’t be sanctioned.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Hi i received letter in journal today that their decision on mandatory reconsideration is that they changed their original decision and they are awarding me Lcwra
-
Aww that's absolutely fantastic news @Agnia! This should have been the decision to start with and then you wouldn't have needed to go through all that stress!! At least now you can relax a little more knowing that your UC will increase and you will no longer have any appointments.
