Hmm, I guess I must have misread the other threads I've seen talking about the award being dated from the tribunal decision!
Very sorry for any confusion I've caused. Seems a little silly if the person's condition is the same (or worse) at the tribunal that the award end date isn't determined from then. But still have the award pay from when you first applied.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

But still have the award pay from when you first applied. No problem, it's always been the rules so i'm sure you misunderstoon what you read. They wouldn't take into consideration any worsening of condition since the assessment took place anyway. If there's any signs of a worsening of condition then this can actually go against you and they could give a shorter award, i've known this happen many times.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I'm sure it will feel completely different once your award is put into payment. Maybe you can treat yourself to something nice with the money they owe you.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
