Your council should have a list of clubs and social meetings in your area. Do you have any neighbours you could talk. Is there a warm room near you that you could go to to meet people. There are always members on the forum to chat to and you could try some of the games in the Games Room under Categories and get to know people on the forum. Take care. -
Thank you @Beaver79
i was outside 7 months ago im not able to go outside now
im really feeling unwell here

i was calling Samaritans 3 times yesterday and 4 times on Thursday

It must be very difficult for you not being able to go out. Are you a member of any religious group as I know my church arranges home visits for people who live on there own. Take care.

Hi @Agnia, sorry to hear how things are going Keep an eye out for an email from us!
It's not something I would normally suggest as I am not religious at all, but I noticed my towns church was doing a Christmas get together for people who are spending Christmas alone. You don't have to be religious or of the church.
Maybe there's something like that near you? I've heard of village/town halls doing such things too. I would prefer something secular myself if I was alone, but I know it's usually a thing churches do.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

I'm sorry I suggested that @Agnia, I understand the agoraphobia. I did have to deal with it for a few years.
I don't know if you have looked at it but Hub of hope is a database that shows both services local to you and nationally that you could reach out to.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Hi Agnia,
I'm sad to think of you suffering, really I am
I worried when you didn't post here for awhile.
There is no limit for support on this forum. Christmas especially can be such a difficult time to bear but please remember you are not alone with your Scope family nearby xxx

@Agnia
It’s a so sad you are lonely and i mean this in the nicest way.
If you don’t reach out to some of the organisations that’s been suggested things will stay the same.Im not sure if Scope can reach out to anyone on your behalf, im sure they will if they are able to.
I hope you can receive some help, I will definitely be checking in with you over the next few day.
Take care ❤️ -
