Hi, my name is Liverpool1952! Would my son lose benefits if I put him as joint owner of new house?
I am moving house shortly and was wondering could I put my son as a joint owner,(I have no mortgage)because he is on ESA INCOME BASED and PIP enhanced(not motability though)and not working would he lose his benefits. I thought it would be better to do this now instead of waiting until I have passed away.

Did I lose SDA when I moved to ESA?
I've been disabled all my life. I was born in 1977. Before ESA I got Severe Disablement Allowance. From what I've read I should have retained SDA alongside ESA. But this didn't happen. Is that normal that SDA stopped?
