lumber stenosis

I nearly burst something this morning with laughter. I am at the hospital and there is a traffic warden parking guy as part of the parking is on the highway. A nice 1200cc motorcycle pulls up and stops in disabled parking. This idiot of parking guy runs up saying not parking there. Motorbike guy says mate give me a minute.ā¦
