UC REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS
Has anyone been given reasonable adjustments so that they can migrate to UC. Without going into detail I cannot use a computer and the only option is the phone but not sure if that comes with problems. Please let me know if anyone did a phone application with, or without RA's in place. Thank you

After submitting 4 months bank statements , utility bill and tenancy agreement to UC, I have a text saying a 60 minute phone appointment is scheduled.
