Good afternoon everyone,
Firstly, we have informed our platform provider of the issue we're all seeing with the notification bell failing to display notifications.
Secondly, we have found and implemented a fix for the ongoing issue that saw members receive a constant flurry of emailed notifications. Unfortunately the fix has reset everyone's notification preferences to receive notifications for almost everything. However, you can now once again edit your notification preferences, so please take a look and make sure you're only set to receive the email notifications you're happy with receiving.
As a suggestion, you might want to choose NOT to be notified when people comment on discussions you've participated in.

Adjusting your notification preferences
- Either select Notification preferences, or navigate to your user profile and then click the User Menu (an icon of a person) and select Edit Profile.
- In the sidebar, select Notification preferences.
- On the Notification preferences page that loads, look at the Email column.
- Select the notifications you want to receive by email or popup
- Select Save General Preferences

Notifications still cycling
When you say "cycling" @leeCal do you mean under the Notification Bell icon? This is still the case for me as well, but we have reported it, so hopefully it will be resolved before too long.Online Community Coordinator

Yes that’s exactly it @Alex_Scope, hope it’s fixed soon, it’s hard to keep track of who is notifying you of what, ha ha.

It is a nuisance yes, one way to find your notifications is to go to your profile and click on 'Notifications' in the list under your profile picture, if that helps!Online Community Coordinator

Hi@Alex_Scope, under my picture I don’t have notifications. They do not appeared below my picture only ad a bell .
-
Under my picture I have (edit profile, bookmarks, drafts my discussion, sign out)
-
I could be wrong, but I think @Alex_Scope meant on your profile page @iza If you look at the menu on the right hand side of the screen, you should be able to see 'notifications' under 'activity'. If you click on that, it should show a list of your notifications.
-
My scope keeps logging me out and I can't comment on the morning thread as the box is to big and the keyboard foesnt come up to type a comment
-
-
Also my user name has changed again
-
Hi @Tori_Scope and @Alex_Scope this is how I see my profile
-
How has your name changed Lisa, my notification bell just circles 😆
-
@iza at the top of your screen you will see a bell, it’s shown on your screenshot. It’s got 99+ next to it, this is your notifications.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I can see that @poppy123456 and @Teddybear12 have explained this a little further @iza. Are you now able to find your notifications using one of those two methods?
