PIP benefit changes.
As someone with mental health problems and who claims PIP, I'm worried about the upcoming changes made by the government. I suffer from depression and anxiety. This particular development is unhelpful and stress-inducing.

Surely this is a cheat..changing WCA to PIP
So as I understand it the previous attempt by the government to change LCWRA descriptors was deemed illegal because sure enough it was in fact only an attempt to save money and not to help or access people too sick to work…so the recent government announcement to merge the WCA criteria with PIP( and non work related…

Will I still have to be reassessed when the new pip comes out . Surely I could just fill out the form again and as long as the descriptor is the same I would qualify…

Government’s Green Paper - action required!
Hi New to this so apologies if I have duplicated an existing post. Now I have got over the shock, like many others, I am now in action mode. I have written to my MP as I know others have done. Worried sick
Is anyone else terrified about what was said yesterday regarding the disability benefit cuts? I'm on lwrca for my OCD but it very much sounds as though they are going to make it impossible to claim pip for mental health reasons alone. Requiring 4 points is absurd. I struggled to get onto pip in the first place they kept…
