Hi, pip question, bit confused

Hi everyone. I already receive high rate on both parts for pip .

I have already scored 6 points on one descriptor and over 12 in total for daily living . Will I still have to be reassessed when the new pip comes out . Surely I could just fill out the form again and as long as the descriptor is the same I would qualify again ? Seems silly as I have a life long condition that is progressive .
