Housing benefit, will it affect pension credit when my son comes back home to live?
I'm on housing benefit. I'm a pensioner. My son, who works full time is coming back home to live. He works full time. When Council sort out how much rent and Council tax he needs to pay how can he pay it separately to me so that it doesn't affect pension credit etc as he won't be paying me anything

We are a mixed age couple in receipt of UC. I have just received my state pension. My partner isnt pension age until August. I have an underlying entitlement to carers allowance and partner gets LCWRA and ADP. We were given no payment this month. Are we expected to manage just on my pension.

If you're on some of the PIP and ESA...
if you don't spend it on healthcare what's the ceiling. Is it 6k or 16k. how do they know if it goes over 6k or is it 16k. when do you have to pay some towards the rent? My friend who's a pensioner says for pensioners it's 16k. not that old yet! :)
