Rock/Funky Band
I'm an ex-pro drummer and I still play despite my crocked ankle. Are there people who still play and would like to get together. My only problem at the moment is steps. I'm re-learning to walk but it's going to be a long time before I will be able to access studios with steps. I can be heard on SOUNDCLOUD with The Camden…

Would you like to go to a spa?
It's National Spa Week this week. This is usually a time for those in the spa and beauty industries to run special offers and encourage people to visit their facilities. However, of course, this year is a little different as spas and other non-essential businesses have been forced to close for the time being. 2020 has been…

To charge or not to charge that is the question?
I recently (1 1/2 ago) got a Hybrid car, as I decided not to go all electric as the price of electric was on the rise, and is still going. Since I do not have any control over the price I thought if I went all electric, what ever the rates were I would be locked into for 3 years where as petrol if you shop around can get…

Having a nice cappuccino before I get ready for my appointments later
Made myself a cappuccino a few mins ago in my thermos cup. Loving my thermos cup as it keeps my drink hot even after an hour as I had 1 the other day and I'd forgotten about it and when I went to drink it about an hour later it was still hot. I've got my appointments today. I'll be getting the bus as one of my appointments…

I've done something that's a lil bit outta my comfort zone
Hi everyone, I did something that's a lil bit outta my comfort zone earlier as I applied for a part-time job at a local-ish (it's about 1.8 miles from where I live according to Google maps) pets at home. It's a part-time job for 16 hours a week, which is enough for me. My key worker wanted me to go for this support worker…

I ain't afraid of no ghost
On the back of @leeCal 's spookerific 'Spooky October' thread, I wanted your haunting musings about the creepy encounters you have had. In-particular, I'm wondering: do you believe in ghosts? have you ever visited a psychic, nay, do you even believe in psychics? Or has something happened that you could just not explain?…

Remaking an old thread, what treats have you treated yourself to recently? It doesn't have to be expensive or even cost money at all, it just has to be a treat for you. Love Island...
I've never watched it before but everyone I know online (except this site) seem to be talking non-stop about it so I've been trying to keep up with this season. Does anyone else watch it? I have a few questions: * Do they always talk in endless clichés? * How long does it run? I thought it would be a week and now it's…
