Asking if a role could be part time
I’ve applied for a full time position but in reality I don’t think I can do it full time due to pain and fatigue from underlying health issues. I found the job advertised too late to ask them about considering part time hours, I applied close to them closing applications. When is the best time to ask about part time hours?…

Reasonable adjustment employer being awkward

If you refuse adjustments, can they still dismiss you for capability?
If you refuse reasonable adjustments, can they still dismiss you for capability and that would lead to a payout for this? I am really confused as to what exactly my employer is doing. As I stated today I wouldn’t be returning but yet are seeking to find out what adjustments I would need.

For to buy a new phone today as my other one stopped working last night
I'd only had my phone just over 7 months and it decided to stop working. Now I'm hoping to be able to get a decent-ish one for now though that'll do me until my fiance gets his wages from work next month. Unfortunately the shop where I bought my phone from won't be able to do anything with it as the back is smashed as I'd…

I am wondering how to tell her that I have seen a training course for Health care assistants at my local hospital, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I am also wondering if I should tell her about my diabetes or not.

Made redundant
I have suffered from social anxiety disorder for as long as I can remember. My earliest memory is being dropped off at nursery and crying my eyes out at being left with a group of people I didn’t know. This feeling has never left me in social situations. Because of my social anxiety, I find passing interviews extremely…
