Access in and out of work
Please can anyone give advice on access in and out of a workplace? I believe I am asking for a reasonable adjustment by asking to use the fire exit door as it is nearest entrance to my office. I have problems with mobility and sensory overload, the door in question is used to enter when unoccupied.

I was refused more hours. Is this discrimination?
I am currently working in a part time job which requires standing for a long period but a reasonable adjustment was made for me to sit as and when needed. I have applied for more hours but my employer sent me an email specifically saying because I am unable to stand for longer period, they are unable to give me more hours.…

Bad Reference. Was my former manager right to discuss my diagnosis?
During the pandemic me and five others in my previous job got made redundant, luckily our Manager gave us all typed references as the company was likely to close. I've been applying for jobs for the past three months with no luck, however today I found out in conversation with one manager that not only was the reference…
