hi i have problems with my hips and cant stand for long time due to hips giving out at any time , i have a blue badge and wondered how can i go to concerts etc for disabled area to sit?? can anybody help please ?

I have been diagnosed with CRPS in my ankle. Currently using crutches and a boot. I work in an office that is up 2 flights of stairs, no lift available. The kitchen is upstairs but the toilets are downstairs. I'm not good on stairs and it would cause me more pain to be going up and down stairs all the time and be dangerousā¦
