Hi @teenybeen and a warm welcome to the community!
I'm sorry to hear you went through that, are you feeling okay? Hopefully your letter will arrive soon and you'll be able to have peace of mind then.
It's lovely to have you here on the community and I hope you enjoy your time on the forum😊1 -
Hi,
They aren't meant to tell anyone what the result is over the phone.
The problem with telling a few people that they have a positive result is that then everyone who doesn't get told assumes they will have a bad result, which is not true. The ones that do tell a few people ruin it for others.

I am sorry to hear that. That is why they aren't meant to tell people over the phone. Do you have anyone that could support you this afternoon?

thanks overly…but at least i know instead of waiting ..which causes more anxiety..unblevieable.. i sent in my diagnosis report…stated how im full of anxiety that i take medication..also bing assesd for adhd .. feel completley overwhelmed and totatlly missunderstood

Having a diagnosis, doesn't automatically entitle you to pip. Its how the conditions affect you. Sending a diagnosis report doesn't help with PIP. Yes it'll say you have that particular diagnosis but doesn't tell PIP how it affects you.

I'm in agreement with rubin @teenybeen, but i'm sorry to hear you have had a bad outcome.
