Change in bank reference
Hi, I receive employment and support allowance and I am in the Work group. I have been in this group for the last 13 years, I’ve never really been bothered by them or had to see a work coach or speak to anyone. I’ve just been left alone. My usual bank payment says EESA I just received my payment and it has been changed to…

Lcwra, potential new job 20hrs
Hi I've been offered a job interview for a remote work from bed job that is 20 hours. I have only recently started a new treatment and come out of a bout of poor health and hospital stays so I don't feel ready…

Will receiving an inheritance affect my benefit?
Hi community, I am just seeking clarification on inheritance and benefits, as I have got conflicting information from different sites. I currently claim ESA and the highest tiers of PIP. I also get a 25% single occupancy discount on my council tax, and receive a small pension each month of which the DWP are aware. I am…

ESA - Universal Credit
Good afternoon all. I am still in receipt of ESA income based. I was informed about 7 years ago that everyone will eventually migrate to Universal Credit. I am due to receive my state pension next year. So I was wondering if they will just leave me on ESA until then. Has anyone else been in this position? Thank you

New style ESA and rental income
Is renting out a house classed as work for ESA purposes? I have nothing to do with the house, it's fully managed by an estate agent. I have to declare the income I make from it each year. What I've found is it is not counted for ESA unless it's from a pension and because I only have 1 it's not classed as a business so I'm…

Hello. I sent back my ESA50 form in the pre paid envelope with various supporting documents (photocopies) about ten days ago. I’ve got a proof of postage receipt. I’ve heard nothing.
