If my employer pays me health dismissal money, will my claim close?
Hello, question here. If my employer dismiss me for capability around health, I will be entitled to 12 weeks and pay and holidays which will be done over a three monthly period. What will happen to my ESA claim? Because I won't be working but will be earning over their threshold but in the form of capability pay?

I received my work capability assessment decision back on the 23rd of April 2023 and I get universal credit on the 14th of every month. I have checked my payments for this month and my lcrwa has been awarded in this month's payment. I thought the assessment period was 91 days?
