I've just split with my partner he's on my ESA claim, how long will it take roughly for my claim to go back to single rate?!

I don't think anyone can tell you an exact timescale. If you haven't already then you'll need to report the changes and your ESA will need to be recalculate. It maybe suspended while they do this. Are you claiming any other benefits such as Tax credits? If so then you'll need to report the changes to HMRC and your tax credits will end.0

I'm sorry to hear about your split @jadek76, I hope you're doing okay
As Poppy mentioned it's difficult for us to say how long this will take, but hopefully it won't be too long for you until it's sorted. We're here to support you in the meantime, so if there's anything else we can help with, please ask!0
