Hi, my name is Kae! should I be receiving the cost of living allowance?
OK, I receive contribution based esa topped up with income related esa (used to be on incapacity benefit) and also in the support group. Also receive pip. Because my contribution based esa is topped up with income related esa, does it mean I should be receiving the cost of living allowance? Hope the above makes sense.

Claiming esa instead of UC
months ago I had to give up my UC high rate LCWRA as I moved in with my partner who earns 3K per month. My pip has stayed (high rate daily, low mobility) however I’ve recently seen about ESA. Spouse visa, ESA and my foreign wife's bank account
If I apply for a spouse visa and I meet 70% of my "adequate maintenance" through my ESA and the rest through PIP. Then my wife has some savings in her foreign bank account which would make me lose my income based ESA because it's over 16,000 then what happens? If the spouse visa gets accepted, then suddenly I don't meet…
