Revitive medic knee, not sure if I was doing it right
Hello, I have just bought a revitive medic knee and used it for the first time tonight. I'm not sure if I was doing it right as I had it set at intensity 40m but I could only really feel any sensation in my ankles. I didn't want to go any higher as 40 really did seem to be intense enough.
