Chronic pain restricts what I can do and how long I can spend doing the things I enjoy. DDD, bulging discs, nerve root impingement / compression and facet joint arthritis. Sciatica pain advise
Think I have it again this time in my left leg. First felt in nerve under foot and going into 4th toe. Now in front of knee, and i have tingling in that leg.
