If you also have stomach issues, oral pain meds are often not tolerated well. Nerve injections, acupuncture, physio exercises. All either didn’t work all or in my…

Admitting it exists is hard to do
Seven years I have been struggling. That is hard for me to say out loud to the world. Other than my missus I have hidden it from everyone else. I never wanted to give it the space as it makes it more real, but I could do with some people around me who get it. I dont allow it to stop me, I hike, a lot, I keep active. But it…

Erosive Gullwing Arthritis
Has anyone been diagnosed with this? Ive had bumpy nodules in the end of my fingers and swollen fingers for a few years now. Took it to my GP years ago and he just shrugged his shoulders. Thought it might be gout which I have also suffered from for about 15 years. Mentioned it a couple of times and earlier in the year I…

Pain killers
I was prescrbed Naproxen, 12 months ago - specifically for knee pain (knee replacement gone wrong) - I am still taking it 2 * 500mg per day - but now my shoulder pain has got far worse - diagnosed as rotator cuff by physio. Is it worth my asking my GP for an alternative pain killer or does Naproxen cover both ?
