Hi @SineadH - & welcome to the community. Plantar fasciitis can be painful, & it 'might' have a knock on affect to joints in the lower limb, depending on why this has occurred, but wouldn't, I think, cause pain all over your body. It's good you've been referred to a MSK team, as 'hopefully' they may have helped.
On it's own, would it be considered a disability (altho the pain can be dis-abling), I wonder? If it's OK to ask, are you just thinking about this in general, which is absolutely fine, or thinking that this ongoing pain in your feet may help you in claiming a benefit such as PIP, or do you feel the pain that's all over your body hasn't been looked into thoroughly?  With the latter, hopefully your GP can help, so always worth discussing with them.

Heya @SineadH and welcome to the community. :)

As Chiareids has said, if it has a big impact on your life, it could possibly be considered a disability?  I'm really hoping you can get to the cause of all that pain soon, I understand how debilitating it can be.
