PIP review.
I had a text from the DWP today, saying that my PIP was due for review and that they were sending me a form to fill in within the next few days. My question is this - am I right in thinking that the welfare reforms don't start until November next year, and that the necessity to be awarded 4 points on at least one of the…

LCWRA + PIP
I’m really confused about something . I have over 6k and have declared it and UC are making deductions but I also get pip , if I get my pip payment close to the last day of my UC assessment period or even on the last day , how does that work out because it would then mean I’d have more than I declared to UC but this would…

UC WCA questions.
How likely is it now that those of us who get lcwra and PIP and haven't been reassessed for UC in a few years, will be reassessed? I heard something about by 2028 your PIP assessment will be enough to count for UC too. Having just been reawarded PIP am I likely to have another UC assessment? It says on the WCA form that…

Everything
Hi folks, I'm coming to the conclusion that I'm going to lose everything I have. Right ?
Sorry can I just get a answer on this as I'm pretty sure I've got it right .... As things stand at the minute in regards to reform of benefits am I right in thinking that the new pip criteria that starts in November 2026 is for new and existing claimants of pip only ? so if someone is on cbesa and lcwra but NO pip , then…

Discrimination and proving disability
Im wondering if the definition of disabled is going to morph into something new with these changes to PIP. PIP Spending.
What do we make of Labour potentially asking PIP recipients what they actually spend there money on.For years it says you can spend it on what you like, now a large amount goes on daily living expenses, food, gas, electricity, water, phone, Internet,tv pacage, most people with disabilities more so muskeloskeletal issues dont…

DLA to PIP stick or twist
I have an indefinite DLA award of high care/low mobility for a lifetime condition (epilepsy). My concern is that if I wait until the proposed measures happen before claiming PIP (assuming they do), then I may not qualify due to the 4 point rule. If I do qualify then maybe my current LCWRA award would also be cut under the…
