Good Morning, I am new to the group. I am having a face to face PIP assessment in 2 weeks time and I am extremely anxious about it. Guide: How to make PIP contact you with email only - no letters, no calls, no face-to-face
I have just successfully got the DWP to promise that they will contact me by email only. That means no letters, no phonecalls, and no face-to-face assessments. If your disabilities mean that you can't take phonecalls or have any other difficulties with the communication PIP usually uses, email the address…

Since then I got a message demanding I attend with proof to face to face appointment, it would be really difficult for me to…

Are the assessors incentivised to award zero points?
genuine question. I’ve not even had my assessment yet but I’ve read so many accounts of people saying the assessors reports contain inaccuracies (in words stronger than that!) even when the assessment was recorded that it makes me wonder why? Could it be that the assessors are incentivised to score low? Does anyone know?
