    Hi @Justin123

Welcome to the forum. I can't comment on Universal Credit as I don't know a lot about it. You could start a thread within the Universal Credit sub-forum and you would get the answers you require.

Hi @Justin123 - & welcome to the forum from me also. What group were you in when on ESA?

You can ask to have a phone appointment instead as a 'reasonable adjustment' due to your problems. Just ask.

Hi @Justin123 and a warm welcome to the community!

You should be okay to ask for a telephone appointment instead, especially if you have medical evidence as to why face to face appointments are not suitable for you😊
