Smart lighting

Boredom due to long covid syndrome. Any suggestions?
I've been living with long covid syndrome for 15 months although I've got a fantastic circle of friends etc I get bored very quickly. Not sure how this one will go... What things do you like or enjoy, that are considered "wrong"? I'll give a few examples: A family member likes red wine out of the fridge.
