    Hello there everyone 
    I joined the community yesterday.
    I am currently in knots waiting for the pain psychologist to ring me up for a telephone appointment. I’ve been in and out of the pain clinic for years but I always get nervous before appointments...
    what are other  people up to?

    it was the usual- learn to pace- yes but my pain is mechanical- then go to your GP- I have been through the GPs and the rheumatologists which is why I have come to you - ah not sure how we can help then...

    grrrr I am sure they mean well...
