Anyone heard of, or know of the campaign (We are the 15) on channel 4.
Apparently, it is regarding something on the lines of 15% of the world's population being disabled. Or maybe just 15% of this country.
It may be interesting?

    Here's some information about WeThe15 and Scope:
    The Paralympics is only one week away starting next Tuesday, 24 August. At Scope, we already have an excellent relationship with the British Paralympic Association, but on this occasion the International Paralympics Committee (IPC) have reached out to Scope as a leading UK organisation, to support the WeThe15 campaign.
    WeThe15 is a new, global campaign that aims to be the biggest ever human rights movement to end discrimination against disabled people. It aims to transform the lives of the 1.2 billion disabled people in the world - that’s 15 per cent of us.
    WeThe15 launches on Wednesday 18 August at 11pm (which makes it 7am on Thursday 19 August in Japan). The campaign will be a key part of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, and brings together the biggest coalition ever of international organisations from the worlds of sport, human rights, policy, business, arts, and entertainment. Participating are organisations including the IPC, World Health Organisation, Invictus Games, Unesco, and The World Bank.
    Participating organisations will work with governments, businesses, and the public over the next decade to initiate change for the world’s largest marginalised group.
