Do I just ring the gp surgery up and ask them for them? Does anyone have the nhs app and have full access to their notes that way? Will I be questioned for asking for them? Ty x

I have had a continuing healthcare decision. I tried to appeal the decision. I have been told by the appeals team I cannot appeal the decision because I do not pay for my social care. Is this true?
