hi I’ve just applied for PIP for the first time and had a 2 hour telephone assessment. Is this normal or should I be concerned about it? Confused as to when my uc and pip will face new changes

I’m new here just a bit worried. I had my assessment report that gave me 14 points daily living and 12 mobility. Had assessment on the 11/4/2025. They sent reports back same day.
