Pip Review
Hii Just after advise or peoples knowledge please so ive been getting pip since decemeber 2019 for mental health issues and it was declined when I first applied and granted after MR then first review was in 2023 and I was given a telephone assesment to then be given both enhanced rates to end 09/26 my review forms came through in mid Jan 2026 to he returned by Feb 2026 but I asked for a extention and was given till 11th March 2026 so I returned forms and was accepted at DWP wolves on 6th March I haven't heard any think as its.only been 17 days today but ive been checking proof of benefits to see if there was any updates and I cant belive it that today 22nd March just 17 days after then getting my review paperwork theres a new letter saying they have re awarded till March 2029 same rates and I haven't had an assessment this time is this right? Also my main ask is the letter is dated today's date 22nd March 202y does that mean the decsion was made today or a few days ago? Really keen to know if it was made today as the letter was dated today's date or if it was made a few days ago and only uploaded today to proof of benifits so showing today's date. I also sent in extra evidence which upon looking on tracking got to them on friday im hoping the extra evidence dot change there decision as it was just to state upon a mental health assessment I need cbt threapy but at high intense rate of threapy

Hi @goldy1691 - it seems like you must have had a paper review, so therefore not needing an assessment.
The main thing is that your review was successful tho we can't know when a decision was made. The extra evidence you sent is unlikely to change this decision once made either way, so please try not to worry, and congratulations on such a quick award!

That must have been a relief to have heard back so soon @goldy1691, hopefully you won't be waiting too long for the letter now😊
