Percent of successful pip appeals
I have read here and on info from Scope that approx 69-70% of pip appeals are successful. I read yesterday that that figure relates to benefit claims generalky and that only 10% of pip decisions are apoealed and 5% of them succeed. Which figure is correct? Is it a long held distortion that 70% of pip apoeals are successful?
