delayed letter about my mandatory reconsideration
Hi I got a letter on the 8, 4 2024 informing me that my mandatory reconsideration has been turned down so I'm going to go to tribunal stage . however when I looked at the date of the letter it was dated 18th march so its taken 23 days or so to get to me so can I ring and ask for more time and how do I ring please?

I have read by posts it can take 4 to 6 weeks to get your payments from the date you claimed backdated. But what date is made for when normal payments actually start I presume it is the the same date for everybody thanx

Reduced PIP
i would like to know whether theres been an error as I received a reduced payment on 5 april, before the increase on the 8th april 2024 for PIP... Was I suppose to receive a letter before its been reduced to show why or does the payment reflect first before receiving the letter explaining the reduction? Many thanks..
