Hi, my name is Zeehussain! Award reduced. Should I try for a Mandatory Reconsideration?
I would appreciate it if anyone can give me some advice on Mandatory Reconsideration Notice. I used to get enhanced rate for both components and they have now decided to give me the standard rate for both components. I feel dejected and feel like giving up. Something is saying don’t give it a try

How likely is having a face-to-face appt, after submitting a PIP Review AR1 form?
I got the impression that after submitting the main initial PIP2 claim form, a face-to-face appt was mandatory. But my question is: is this still the case after submitting the follow up PIP Review AR1 form? Or is there a possibility that this AR1 form does not necessarily require a face-to-face appt? Thanks a lot for any…

Unusual and unexpected minor PIP payment
Every 4 weeks, I get my PIP payment of £272.40. I just noticed that 5 days after my last payment, I got another PIP payment (dated 25th March) for £3.84. Does anyone have any rough idea why I would receive this second unexpected minor payment? Thanks a lot.

Mr refused
Our MR got refused. Still two points. My question now is in three. Q1. Will the tribunal look at my entire application - the original, the mand. Recon? Or are they going to focus on my tribunal ‘what do you disagree with’? This leads me to my second question… Q1. is it wise or unwise to copy and paste my previous mandatory…
