Disabled and carer element
so my daughter is in full time college with an EHCP. She is about to be kicked out for not attending or being late. If she was to be kicked out, do we lose the disabled and carer element of universal credit until we find a suitable placement for her? Or does the EHCP stop this? I’m hearing different things!!! Thank you
