Debt relief order & budgeting loan

hi I have started a dro a couple months ago for debt. I had a universal credit budgeting advance written off because it was included in the dro. It has been updated on my uc account, just wondering if I can apply for another budgeting loan or not?

Hi @rachw89. Here's some Government info on eligibility Budgeting Help Eligibility. It seems that if you owe more than £1,500 in total for loans you would not be eligible. I also found this: Insolvency which mentions that you can apply for any type of advance after the date your insolvency order started.
Just so you're aware, we're unable to give out any financial advice as we are not trained financial advisers. This information is from what I have found through an internet search. Hope it helps 😊

Hi this is probably a bit late to comment a year later ha!
Just wondering if you applied and was accepted as I am in the same position. My DRO was accepted just over a month ago though.
